Question About Panasonic VCR None
vcr wont go past ch 69...

My cable jack is broken on the back of my tv,so I have to use rca jacks to veiw cable tv and my vcr to change channels.But my vcr on't go past ch 69 or get any channels from the 30's on,and like channel 74 is 23.HELP!
