hello. when I switch on the unit I get a message ERR 00001. Does anyone know what this message means, and how I could resolve the problem? Thanx. Shushu

0 What probably happened is that you disconnected the usb cable from your computer before closing out the jockey program. reconnect usb and close out properly.
