I got a phillips blu ray that doesn't work now all suddenly when I did the stupid upgrade on it I've only had it 6months n not the netflix cuts out like a scratched cd I've tried everything n it dnt work what can I do it's a piece of junk both of my phillips dnt work 2105f7 but yet a different brand works good and I've had it for the same time what can I do I want my money back!!!there in good condition not a scratch on them.
