Question About Philips Blu-ray Player BDP2105/F7
I have the BDP2105. It will not mount my WD usb 3....

I have the BDP2105. It will not mount my WD usb 3.0 my passport hard disk drive. The USB 3.0 is supposed to be 2.0 backwards compatible and this is NOT a power issue. What can I do?
