I just bought blu ray player about a month ago. It's model number HTS3541/F7 and we were watching a movie on Netflix and it just turned off. Now whenever I try to turn it on it just says starting. I've tried to unplug it and plug it back in, I've checked all the wires and nothing came unplugged. Is there some kind of malfunction?
