Question About Philips CRT Television Magnavox TP3281 C101
60 Hz Hum...

When I connect my audio Pre Amp to audio out on this TV there is a faint 60 Hz hum coming through whether the set is on or off or unplugged. All gnd's at all RCA plugs are connected and test good. An open cap somewhere?? Thanks for a reply.
