i have philip 21RF vardaan TV, it is not showing A...

i have philip 21RF vardaan TV, it is not showing AV Channel, and the picture is blinking, even some menu setting changed. i tried using the service menu but cudnt understand anyting. 3 new av channels have come av1, av2 and front on them. only on av1 picture is bliking but there is no sound. Kindly assist me.
