I have Philips 21 RF Vardaan TV. No sound is comin...

I have Philips 21 RF Vardaan TV. No sound is coming on channels but picture is perfect. AVI blinks but still no sound is there. It now also shows AV2 and Front which earlier were not shown. Please help to solve the problem.

0 Type 062596 then press menu button after Thai in avi type 000 down arrow 196 down ,048,111,096 then press menu then cleared then switch off tv by remote
