My Philips TV 25PT3323 has raster in the screen and it takes time before picture to show, this condition is intermittent sometimes it goes on immediately without a problem and sometimes it takes time to show the picture. could you please help me with this problem.

0 Thanks for the manual but you know it would not help me, this problem is more on technical and most provably the problem is in the RF section of the unit that's why I'm asking for the schematic diagram, I know you will not provide. So my last option is to bring this unit to your service center, may I know where can I find your service centers. Thank you ^_^
