When I try to put a disk in the display says block...

When I try to put a disk in the display says blocked and the tray won't open. How do I fix this?

0 Try going to home, re-setting date and time. I have a more serious problem, my darned DVDR5500 is making no end of beer mats, recording half a disc then not recognising it afterwards - any ideas? Cheers
