I am only getting 4 channels (BBC1 but not 2, Chan...

I am only getting 4 channels (BBC1 but not 2, Channels 3,4,5) and do not seem to be able to get any others when I want to record. I have worked through the mannual but it will still not show any other channels. Can you help? As this is a combi I have both DVD and Video.
