Question About Philips DVD Recorder Phillips dvdr 3500
need help opening a blocked door for disc...

My door is "blocked" and will not open. It happened earlier and I found that if I kept a disc in the drawer always it didn't happen. But it closed before I could get a disc in and now it will not open. Is there a release hole to make the door open? Help! Rest of unit is working perfectly.
