Question About Philips DVD VCR Combo DVDR3510V
DVD Tray does not open and video tape ejecting after a few seconds...

I have both known problems. the DVD tray does not open and the message I get is "Blocked". And video tape ejecting after a few seconds. Any solution ? Please help me. The product is not anymore supported
