Can you show me the diagram how to put my Philips ...

Can you show me the diagram how to put my Philips TV - Moel 42PFL 7482 on the Table stand and not wall mounted. Kindly show me the picture of the the Table stand along with its base so that I can fit it accordingly. Also let me know whether the table stand comes in a separate box along with its base of is the base separate in the box. Thanks - Lorna
