Hello - I own a Philips TV set Model 22PFL3403D/12 which has been functioning perfectly for a number of years now. Unfortunately, the recently purchased set of earphones doesn't produce any sound at all, although I've tried every conceivable setting via the "menu" select button. What seems to be the cause of the problem? Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestion you can make!
