I actually have an older 17PF 9946. I was getting picture and audio. Now, with a change in location (but still on Comcast cable) I get either snow or a blue screen or a black screen. No audio. Help! How do I get use of the TV??? Thanks for your help. Serial # BZ 1ao4395200004
