I have a 3-5 year old Phillips 46" flat screen TV ...

I have a 3-5 year old Phillips 46" flat screen TV and it does not turn on any more. There is power at the outlet and the cord is plugged into both the TV and outlet. It was working the night before watching it in bed and the next morning it was not working. What could be the problem? Thanks, Brad
