I have a 42FW9020/37 Plasma, during menu set up, I did something that caused the screen to go black and I can't do anything with it. I can turn the TV off and on, and when it comes on it has a PC A in the upper left corner for a moment then goes back to black. How do I get out of this, or is there a reset that I can do, to get back to normal.
