Question About Philips Flat Panel Television 20PFS120/128
need help...

I won this TV at a pawn shop but there is no remote control and no manual. I cannot get it to channel 3 so I can set it up with my cable box. Can you Help? I need the manual and a remote control. I will pay for it. Thanks, Vicki
