PROBLEM WITH PICTURE...

PROBLEM WITH THE RED NOT DISPLAYING PROPERLY WITH A DARK ARC AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN. CAN TURN RED BULB OFF AND BACK ON AND PICTURE IS FINE FOR AWHILE. THEN THE PROBLEM COMES BACK.
