5 His is common when the tv is drawing more power than the outlet can supply or when the power source is not properly surge protected. Make sure to have an adequate surge protector and that the outlet is not supplying too many devices. Also consider checking the sleep timer. I the product is pre opened or second hand it my be someone's cheep joke to mess with your sleep timer. Mostly this issue involves a power supply
