The Phillips Flat code 42PFP55320 is apparently HD...

The Phillips Flat code 42PFP55320 is apparently HD Ready but when trying to set up it accepts the HD Channels but the screen is black with a comment MPEG 4 What does this mean? Many thanks Denise Level
