Question About Philips Flat Panel Television 20PF412/105
the power light on my philips flatv is flashing on...

the power light on my philips flatv is flashing on/off no picture or sound available for a few minutes but then tv works ok, but there is a sort of audible noise coming from the tv which is quite noticeable.
