When we turn the T.V. on the screen is black and in the sensor strip that would usually show a blue light there is a flashing red light, how do we get back picture and audio.

5 Sounds like a power issue. I did some research and found a possible solution. If the tv has been plugged in, unplug it and let it sit for over an hour then plug it back in. Wait for the Lights to blink blue a couple times and then proceed to power on. If that fails its likely a malfunction of the unit's PSU "Power Supply Unit" which if repaired the part can run 50-100 dollars plus cost of maintenance. I would see if its under warranty or call a local electronics repair store. In the future, make sure your electronics run through a surge protected power strip to prevent possible damage or electrical feedback. Good luck and I hope I helped!

0 That is just the quick start manual. I need something for troubleshooting. I have had this T.V. for about five years and have never had an issue with it until now. I was in the middle of watching T.V. when the screen went black, no picture or audio, and instead of the constant blue light that is in the sensor strip, there was a flashing red light. I unplugged my T.V. for a few minutes and plugged it back in, the screen remained black, no picture or audio, and still had the flashing red light. How do I solve the issue
