How do I fix a Philips 9P5034C101, 50" Rear Projection Television my son decided to try and hook external surround sound speakers in the surround sound in rear of television and the speakers immediately hummed and now the main nor the surround sound speaker does nothing... I took the speakers lose and tried them in another television and they both still worked and i don't have but need the original remote control, can you assist me with this matter?
