I am getting five blinks on Phillips 60pp9100d tv ...

I am getting five blinks on Phillips 60pp9100d tv which according to the error code is a Hop module error. It also blinks 4 times during startup indicating a +5V protection error. What can I do to troubleshoot these errors?
