I have a 60 " Philips projection TV (Model# 60PP92...

I have a 60 " Philips projection TV (Model# 60PP9202/17F) the imagery on the screen keeps bouncing in and out of focus with a RED SHADOW around the images. Is this something that I can repair myself?
