I have the Magnavox TP2526 C103 with a remote 4835...

I have the Magnavox TP2526 C103 with a remote 483521917649 The television says to address parts through Philips, Can I get an operations manual for working this remote used for the smart picture tv I cant get it on channel 3 to get a picture with our provider the dish network.
