Cox installed a Contour Box on this TV and since doing that the lettering are double red and green. Cox tried to help me but then they made the decision it was the TV settings that is causing the problem. We purchased this Big Screen TV in 1995 and it still works great, well, except for the red and green double words. I am hearing impaired and depend on the caption.
