theres a glow on the tv that i cant figure out how to get rid of, i own two of thee tvs the exact same model and one is crystal clear with no problems, but the one i use more often has a strange colored glow around text and images, please help me understand ow to get rid of said glow.

0 My Philips blue multipoint will not reset to factory condition and I can not manually adjust. There is a blue ghost image around letters on screen near bottom of screen and also a slight yellow color on bottom of screen on left side.
