every time I trio a braker in my apartment my TV looses its picture and I am unable to get it back on. I only have a cable remote and I am told I need a TV remote to be able to set the TV. So far I cannot find it online. The TV is a 2002 Philips Model 55PP9401. I would be grateful to be able to blowdry my hair and watch TV not one or the other. Can I just buy a Universal Remote and have it programmed? And if so how would I do this?
