It doesn't turn on - and it doesn't respond to the handset - tried changing cables and fuses and even different power sockets all to no avail - frequently dissappointed with this item - I notice now on the internet numerous disappointed owners reports / reviews about this product - why is so flaky - this is not what I would expect from a Philips product
