Question About Philips TV VCR Combo 21PV708
Retune the TV VRC at new location...

I have received this TV from a relative who lives in different part of the country.When I choose the install from the menu I can only select clock or langauge all the other options have N/ACT against them and will not allow access.All I can get is chanel 5
