Question About Philips Universal Remote SRU2103S/27
codes to use...

I am having problems setting up my remote. I find several codes that will work with my Samsung tv but they all jump two channels when I push the channel up button. The sound up and down works OK. Sometines the on and off works so fast it is difficult to keep the TV on or off.
