I HAVE A PHILIPS HOME THEATER SYSTEM AND THE REMOTE QUIT WORKING. SO I AM USING THE PHILIPS UNIVERSAL REMOTE BUT THE VOLUME DOESN'T WORK ON THE SURROUND SOUND. HOW DO I GET THE VOLUME TO WORK THROUGH THE SYSTEM?
