Question About Philips Universal Remote SRU3003WM/17
i have a sharp tv it comes on but the mute came on...

i have a sharp tv it comes on but the mute came on tv and the sound turned off i do not have the remote for the tv i have cable remote it will change channel but not the volume .i have a phillips remote ..how can i usr e that remote on tv to get my mute to show up on tv so i can turn it back on
