i lost my manual and need to program it for my dve player.

3 for one your clo35a is actually a philips universal remote control model sru3003wm ( wm= produced for walmart)(yes the sticker in the battery box had me chasing for codes) the codes are the same as for the sru3003. use the url i provided when it asks for what your remote model starts with select sru after that it will want to know the rest of the model number just select 3003. after that it will come up with some hyper links one is search for code list or finder or something like that it will will ask what device you want it for let it know and the model and it will do the rest

0 Your comment on the manuals online website helped me tremendously. Yes, I did go to the official philips universal remote support site and chased for my model, of course without success. I will have to post a comment to their website to at least put the CLO35A behind the SRU3003 model no, since that is ACTUALLY the model no. it has in the battery box.... Anyway, this comment was awesome. Thx so much!
