Question About Philips Universal Remote SRP 4004/27
Set up issue with channel up and down butttons...

When I am trying to use the Guide to look at the programming that is on the television, and I push the channel up or channel down button, it causes the channels to move 5 places either up or down depending on what button I push. I cannot move one channel at a time to choose the show I would like to watch.
