Where do I find a 'manual' for programming the Phi...

Where do I find a 'manual' for programming the Phillips Universal PM 3ST or PM 3. Have a Sony VCR that I would like to be able to use with this remote. Have lost the manual. It looks like either the PM 3 or the PM 3ST or the PM 435S. It is over 10 years old (I'm guessing) - still works - just need it for the replacement VCR.
