Very old VCR Model # VRB411AT23 (serial No 48477905) was working well - then just stopped - have the top off and it looks like a small spring has lost it's attachment - but I can't tell where it should go - is there any way that you would send me a copy of how the 'innerds' work? Otherwise, I will have to retire the dear old thing. I still have many tapes to watch, so that would be such a shame :(
