Can PIONEER DV-585-K recorde NTSC system? I have ...

Can PIONEER DV-585-K recorde NTSC system? I have VHS video cassete NTSC system and I can not recorde to my DVD recorder Samsung DVD HR 750, because he got only PAL system, not NTSC? THNX :)
