Question About Pioneer DVD Player XV-DV303
my pioneer dvd/cd receiver xv-dv303 wont switch on...

my pioneer dvd/cd receiver xv-dv303 wont switch on, it as green flashing clock on right hand side. Is this timer lock if so how do i get it of ,we dont have a remote control any help please.
