I have 5.1 sound system with the 47ai and Pioneer VSX-45TX receiver. There is no sound from left or right surround speakers when playing a DVD. The sound goes to the front left and right instead.(used a test audio disk and discovered this) When testing the receiver, all speakers receive signal and seem fine. I suspect DVD set up problem but can't find the manual. Any help, or the manual, would be much appreciated. Thanks, Rob.
