URGENT! I just put a dvd into the player and started it playing when i realised it was the wrong one. I pressed stop followed by open, but the disc will now no longer play, nor will the player eject the dvd. When I press play it says "No Disc", and when I press open it says open but doesn't. Also, the blue light above the disc tray is flashing. I urgently need to get the dvd out as it is a gift i was testing for quality and must send within the hour. HELP PLEASE!
