WHY DOES DVD TRAY CLOSE BY ITSELF...

WHEN I GO TO OPEN THE DVD TRAY. THE DVD TRAY THEN CLOSES FAST AUTOMATICALLY AND NOT ALLOWING ME TO TAKE THE DVD OUT WITHOUT ME BEING FASTER
