Question About Pioneer DVD Player None
Won't play Region 1 DVDs...

Hi! Our DV-363 DVD player won't play DVDs with Region 1. The error message from the DVD player is 'no disc'. Previously, it was able to play a Region 1 DVD. Do we need to configure something out? Or is there a switch or something. Hoping to hear from oyou soon.
