Question About Pioneer Projection Television None
doesn't power up...

My SD-532HD5 doesn't power power up and the stand-by light stays on it also clicks from time to time. Upon removing the back cover i found another red light on, on the power supply board beside it it says power down. What is the problem and is it work fixing?
