5 If you have the owners manual to the television remote, there will be a code according to the television model that you can put into your remote in order to sync it to your television so that the remote will be compatible with your television. If you do not have the manual call the remote service according to the television remote model which you can find online at customer service and ask them what the code is for your remote. You will have to have the remote and television model available
