Question About Polaroid DVD VCR Combo DVC-2010
Serial #040400200053660...

Help! We were in the middle of watching a series of discs; saw disc 1; then ejected disc 1 and put in disc 2. Suddenly, machine stopped working. Polaroid screen would not come up, no audio, no visual. Tried other discs and no luck. Saw some red lines under disc symbol....how do we fix this problem? What causes this problem?
