My TV screen says "no signal." My satellite suppl...

My TV screen says "no signal." My satellite supplier says the problem is the TV rather than the satellite cable. He walked me through steps to correct the TV including changing input, etc. He said I needed to get help from the TV manufacturer. Please let me know what I need to do.
